Where's this?

Are the gate lights incandescent or L.E.D.? (if they fade in and fade out as they flash that means they're incandescent.)

Kingston, New York CSX River Subdivision (Former Conrail River Line). The gate lights are incandescent bulbs.

Some how I had a feeling this was in New York but didn't know for sure. I don't know if I've been to Kingston but I've lived in Gouvernuer back in 1991-93 and on the former Conrail, now C.S.X. line. Didn't know this at the time but all the crossings had 8" lights. Even in 1992 if not sooner a new set of crossing signals had 8" lights when normally 12" lights are installed on Scotch Settlement Road (it was a passive crossing when we moved there, now it's gated.) The line belonged to Conrail at the time so I guess Conrail was a big user of 8" lights. And the crossing we usually used was Factory Street (we lived on Larch Circle there.)

I wonder if that's the same line that goes to Gouvernuer, which originates from Syracuse near the (excuse my spelling) Carosale Mall and goes north through Liverpool, Brewerton, Watertown, passed Fort Drum, through Philidelphia, Antwerp, and beyond Gouvernuer.
