5410 one of 90 GP50's that the Amanda-Pittman Railroad Co (APRC) had owned but never was put into service. They were bought to compete with the Big Ben Express however, the Big Ben Express took over APRC operations in 1986 adding more to the pool. In 1994 the former APRC GP50's were stored in Wiltwyck (wilt-wick) Yard only seeing limited service. 5410 is a very rare crew cab which can hold 5 crew members. These were ordered in the 1980's when cabooses were being phased out. 5410 keeps HA&M GP20-2 3012 company in Henrietta Yard. Due to the extreme power shortage, all former APRC GP50's were put into good use. 5410 here sports the Amanda-Pittman heritage scheme.
